Thousands of women are coming forward to make Essure compensation claims after suffering severe complications after having the Essure implant fitted.

An estimated 100,000 women in the UK are understood to have had the Essure implant fitted. This means that thousands of women could have suffered serious and intense complications as a result of a possible medical negligence incident. We are here to help you fight to get the justice you deserve by taking forward Essure compensation claims on a No Win, No Fee basis for eligible clients.
Essure compensation claims

- Any losses like lost earnings from time off work.
Thousands of women have been left in crippling pain and some have been dismissed by healthcare professionals when they have sought help and advice. What is Essure?
Essure is intended to be a permanent, non-surgical form of birth control that can completely sterilise the woman who has the device fitted. The device can be inserted into the fallopian tubes and, after three months or so, fibres within the Essure coils or springs can create scar tissue that can act as a barrier to prevent sperm from reaching eggs.
First approved by the US FDA in 2002, it was manufactured by Bayer HealthCare in the United States and has since been fitted in women across the globe. In 2018, Bayer reported that it would end production and by 2019 doctors had to cease using Essure.
Complications arising from Essure
Many women have reported allergic and autoimmune reactions to the devices, leaving them in intense pain. Other reports indicate that the metal coil has sliced through the uterus and fallopian tubes, leaving women maimed and in desperate need of further treatment. In some cases, this can mean a full hysterectomy.
If you have suffered any complications from your Essure implant, you could be one of the many people who can be eligible to make Essure compensation claims. Complications can include pain and discomfort, allergic reactions, perforation and damage to organs and tissue, and skin allergies. Associated problems can also include autoimmune disorders, miscarriages, headaches, fatigue, weakness, and bloating.
In severe case, the device could also lead to fatal complications.
